Dear Valued Customers,

NesbittAire is happy to announce the latest release (Release 2.3) of our new coil selection and pricing software. Already popular among our current customers, the program now includes some new enhanced features.

Some of the new features to look for in this update will be

• A “Coil Bank” feature - This feature allows the customer to specify the number of coils that will be used together in a bank of coils. All capacities and flow rates will apply to the entire bank of coils. For example if you specify four coils per bank, the total capacity reported by the program will be four times the capacity of an individual coil.

• Custom Logo feature - This feature allows you to use your own company logo in the program, adding a personal touch to your submittals. As long as the logo is in a bitmap (.bmp) picture format, you can add any logo or address heading you desire. On the upper left corner of your menu interface, simply click “Applications” then “Options” as shown below.

A check box will appear asking you whether you want to use a custom logo on reports.

Simply check the box and then click “Browse” to search your computer hard drive for your company logo. Remember the logo must be in bitmap (.bmp) picture format.

The logo will then be revealed in the upper left hand corner of all report pages.

• Horizontal & Vertical Unit Heater Pricing Now Available – You may have already received pricing literature from us in the mail. Rather than rummaging through price pages, you now have the option of letting our software program do the work for you. Selections and pricing are now a click away as we have added our new line of Horizontal and Vertical Unit Heaters to the program. Simply click “Add” then “Unit Heaters” to begin the selection process. Then specify Unit Style and Conditions of Service and you’re on your way.

The pricing structure for unit heaters is setup differently than custom or replacement coils

Freight Terms are as follows

Full Freight Allowed at 1,000 pounds & over. One shipment, one destination.

Shipments less than 1,000 pounds will have freight prepaid and added to the invoice.

Much like the coil products, drawings and performance data can also be generated from the program for Unit Heaters.

PROGRAM DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS

The program can be downloaded from our website: Go to: http://www.nesbittaire.com/

On the left hand of the website underneath the Precision Coils division, click the SALES button. Then click DOWNLOADS. A screen will appear prompting you to click the orange SALES/DOWNLOAD button. A “file download” window will then appear as shown below.

Click “Open” or “Run” and program will begin installing from the website.
